Section 01

About the Referral Program

The 321 Booth Referral Program ("Program") allows current and past clients to earn rewards by referring new clients who book a qualifying service with 321 Booth. The Program is operated by 321 Booth, based in Dayton, Ohio, and is subject to the terms below.

By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

Section 02

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid phone number and/or email address on file with 321 Booth
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 321 Booth

321 Booth reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the criteria above.

Section 03

How It Works

When you refer someone to 321 Booth:

• Share your unique referral link or provide your name to the referred client at the time of booking
• The referred client must book and complete a qualifying paid event with 321 Booth
• Once the referred client's event is completed and payment is confirmed, your referral is counted
• After 3 completed referrals, you qualify for the reward specified at enrollment

A qualifying booking must meet all of the following conditions:

• The referred client must be a new client who has not previously booked with 321 Booth
• The booking must be for a paid service of $200 or more
• The event must be completed — deposits alone do not count
• The referral must be attributed to you at or before the time of booking

Section 04

Rewards

Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of 321 Booth. The current reward structure will be communicated to you at the time of enrollment. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value unless otherwise stated, and must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned.

321 Booth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the reward structure at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.

SMS Communications & Consent

By joining the 321 Booth Referral Program, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from 321 Booth to the phone number you provide. These messages may include:

• Referral status updates
• Reward notifications
• Program announcements and updates

Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Section 06

Program Modifications & Termination

321 Booth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. If the Program is terminated, any pending rewards earned prior to termination will be honored within 60 days of the termination date.

Section 07

Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or defraud the Referral Program — including but not limited to self-referrals, fake bookings, or creating multiple accounts — will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any pending rewards. 321 Booth reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of fraud.

Information We Collect

When you join the 321 Booth Referral Program, we collect the following information:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (if provided)
• Referral activity — who you referred, booking dates, reward status

Section 09

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Administer the Referral Program and track your referrals
• Send SMS notifications about your referral status and rewards
• Contact you regarding your account or program updates
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Section 10

SMS Data

Your phone number is used solely for the purpose of sending referral program notifications via SMS. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to operate our SMS platform (Twilio). Twilio's privacy policy can be found at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

Section 11

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and operational requirements)
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

Section 12

Changes to This Policy

321 Booth may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at 321booth.com and will take effect upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
